Thanksgiving in Indiana 2008

Big Emma and Little Emma

Emma, Ionia and I went to Indiana for Thanksgiving this year. Emma did really well on the plane and only fussed in LA on the tarmac, and while in the air in Chicago while coming home.

The weather wasn't too cold, Thanksgiving day was a balmy 50 something degrees. The only snow on the ground was from the previous event the week before. We overdressed just a little.

Of course, the highlight of our vacation was bringing Emma to Indiana so she could meet her Eastern relatives. Great Grandma Ulrich, Sharon, Keith, Darlene, Great Grandma Evelyn and others, all got a chance to hold Emma and enjoy her company.
